Crew D queue rendered empty

Issue: Crew D showed no operators in UI despite records existing in Employee table.
Root cause: Queue query in /unifi page hard-filtered employees by department RRC/null, excluding valid Crew D entries.
Fix: Removed restrictive department filters from employee and timeline queries for crew rendering.
Impact: Crew D now displays expected operators and timeline data; query behavior matches selected crew intent.

Issue: Blog engagement needed richer social proof and structured discussion for content quality.
Root cause: Initial engagement model supported post-level reactions only and shallow comment threading.
Fix: Added per-comment reactions, nested reply threads, and owner edit/delete moderation controls.
Impact: Higher interaction quality, clearer discussion context, and stronger product polish signal.
